This website is dedicated to the dissemination of artist’s books created by Endre Tót. Our goal is to give them greater visibility by facilitating access to each publication within a research space open to all. We have compiled a list of 42 titles, covering a period from his very first book, nothing. (samizdat) (1971), to 1991, the year Masterpieces from Cimabue to Warhol (1971–89) was published.

Precise information gathered from the artist, his friends, publishers, and museums with whom he collaborated complements the essential knowledge for understanding his publications. In this archival work, we consider ourselves archivists, leaving it to art critics and historians to further develop this documentary material, which we hope will be valuable for their research.

Endre Tót has authorized us to publish his editions in digital Flipbook format, allowing visitors, researchers, historians, enthusiasts, and collectors to browse through his complete artist’s books.
